Ingredients:
1/4 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Cranberry Jalapeño pork rinds, crushed
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup Canned cranberry sauce
1 Jalapeño, finely diced
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
Salt to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 °F.
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except for the pork rinds.
Top with the crushed pork rinds.
Spoon into a greased, small baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly. Enjoy right away with your favorite Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds!
