Ingredients:
1/4 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed
3/4 cup Sushi-grade Ahi Tuna
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. ponzu sauce
8 oz guacamole
Sea salt to taste
Cilantro as a garnish
Directions:
Mix tuna with lime juice, sesame oil, ponzu, and sea salt.
Fill individual serving dishes with guacamole, divide seasoned tuna between dishes, and top with crushed pork rinds and cilantro. Serve immediately.
