Air Fried Pork Rind Pickles

Ingredients
• 2 cups Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed
• 4 Dill pickles, sliced
• 1 cup Almond flour
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp. Paprika
• 1 tsp. Garlic powder
Directions
1. Pat pickle slices dry.
2. In a large bowl, combine pork rinds, paprika, and garlic powder.
3. Place almond flour in a separate bowl.
4. In a third bowl, beat the Eggs.
5. Dredge pickle slices in almond flour, then dip in egg, then coat with crushed pork rind mixture.
6. Place in an air fryer at 375°F and cook for 10 minutes, or until golden.
