Avocado Cheese Dip

Ingredients

• 1 bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, for dipping

• 2 ripe Avocados

• 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt

• 1 cup Cream cheese, softened

• 2 cloves Garlic, minced

• Juice of 1 lime

• Kosher salt, to taste

• Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

1. **Mash the Avocados:**

In a large bowl, mash avocados with a fork until smooth but still slightly chunky.

2. **Mix the Dip:**

Stir in Greek yogurt, cream cheese, garlic, and lime juice until fully combined.

3. **Season and Serve:**

Add salt and pepper to taste.
