Avocado Cheese Dip


  • Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds for dipping

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • juice of 1 lime

  • kosher salt

  • freshly ground black pepper


  1. Mash avocados with a fork in a big bowl.

  2. Stir in yogurt, cream cheese, garlic, and lime juice and season generously with salt and pepper.

  3. Serve with pork rinds.
