Ingredients:
Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds for dipping
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup cream cheese, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
juice of 1 lime
kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
Mash avocados with a fork in a big bowl.
Stir in yogurt, cream cheese, garlic, and lime juice and season generously with salt and pepper.
Serve with pork rinds.
