Avocado Pineapple Salsa

Some like it spicy, some like it sweet — but everyone loves a salsa that scoops perfectly with pork rinds! Choose your favorite Southern Recipe Small Batch flavor and make it your own.

Ingredients
• 1 bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, for dipping
• 1/4 Fresh pineapple, cored and cut into pieces
• 1 Avocado, diced
• 2 Scallions, thinly sliced
• 6 Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
• 3 Jalapeños, seeded and diced
• 1 cup Black beans, rinsed
• 3 Tbsp. Lime juice
• 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine pineapple, salt, jalapeños, black beans, scallions, and lime juice.
2. Gently fold in tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro.
3. Serve immediately with your favorite flavor of Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds.
