BBQ Charcuterie Board





Recipe:

Chile Egg
  • BBQ sauce

  • Salami provolone rolls

  • Spicy honey mustard

  • Cocktail weiners

  • Chicken wings (fully cooked)

  • Bacon

  • Pepperoni

  • Smoked sausage (fully cooked)

  • Southern Recipe Small Batch Sweet BBQ Pork Rinds


Instructions:

  1. Grab your favorite BBQ sauce and spicy honey mustard.

  2. Cook your bacon to your preferred crispiness level. Set aside.

  3. Place your salami rolls on your board and coat in barbeque sauce.

  4. Place cocktail wieners on skewers and arrange on board. Coat in BBQ sauce.

  5. Coat chicken wings in barbeque sauce and arrange on board.

  6. Arrange your bacon, pepperonis and smoked sausage on your board and coat in BBQ sauce.

  7. Add Sweet BBQ pork rinds.

  8. Enjoy!
