Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
• 1 bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, for dipping
• 10 oz. Cream cheese, softened
• 3/4 cup Low-carb buffalo wing sauce
• 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 3/4 cup Ranch dressing
• 2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
• 20 oz. Chicken, cooked and shredded
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, mozzarella, cheddar, ranch dressing, cayenne pepper, and shredded chicken until well combined.
3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top.
4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
5. Serve warm with your favorite Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds for dipping.
