Cantaloupe Pork Rind Crumble

1 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, finely crushed

3 Slices of bacon, cooked and diced

3 Garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup Pecans, chopped

1 tbsp Brown sugar

1/2 tsp Kosher salt

1 Cantaloupe, cut into pieces

Mint, for garnish

Directions: 1. In a skillet, using 1 tablespoon of bacon fat or olive oil, add the garlic and cook for a minute. Next, stir in the pecans and cook for 2 minutes.

2. Add the cooked bacon, brown sugar, and kosher salt. Stir to combine.

3. Add 1-2 tablespoons of pork rinds and stir to combine.

4. Place the cantaloupe pieces on a platter and garnish with the crumble, pork rinds and mint.
