Cheesy Caprese Dip

Ingredients
• Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds, crushed, garnish
• 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
• 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
• 1 cup Sour cream
• 1 cup Basil, chopped
• 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp. Parsley, dried
• 1 tsp. Garlic, minced
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix mozzarella, Monterey Jack, sour cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley, and half the basil and tomatoes.
3. Spread mixture into a medium ramekin.
4. Top with remaining basil, tomatoes, and pork rinds.
5. Bake 15-20 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
6. Serve warm with pork rinds for dipping.
