Cheesy Caprese Dip


  • 1 cup Tomatoes, diced

  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup Sour cream

  • 1 cup Basil, chopped

  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp. Dried parsley

  • 1 tsp. Garlic, minced


  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.

  2. In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together. Reserving half of the basil, half the tomatoes, and the Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds.

  3. Spread the dip into a medium-sized ramekin.

  4. Top with the rest of the basil, tomatoes, and pork rinds.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

  6. Enjoy with pork rinds!
