Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed, as a garnish
1 cup Tomatoes, diced
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Basil, chopped
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. Dried parsley
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together. Reserving half of the basil, half the tomatoes, and the Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds.
Spread the dip into a medium-sized ramekin.
Top with the rest of the basil, tomatoes, and pork rinds.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Enjoy with pork rinds!
