Crab Rangoon Dip

Ingredients
• 1/4 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper pork rinds, crushed
• 2 cups Crab meat, roughly chopped
• 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
• 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
• 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise or sour cream
• 1/2 Lemon, juiced
• 2 Tbsp. Green onion, finely chopped
• 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup Pimentos, diced
• 1 packet Stevia
• Black pepper, 2 pinches
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise or sour cream, lemon juice, green onion, garlic, pimentos, stevia, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
3. Grease an 8x6 baking dish. Spread crab mixture evenly into dish.
4. Sprinkle crushed pork rinds and remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese evenly over top.
5. Bake 20 minutes, until bubbly.
