1/4 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Korean BBQ Pork Rinds, crushed
2 cups crab meat, roughly chopped
1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise or sour cream
1/2 Lemon, juiced
2 Tbsp. Green onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. Minced garlic
1/4 cup Diced pimentos
1 packet Stevia
2 pinches Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 °F
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except for the Southern Recipe Pork Rinds and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
Grease an 8x6 baking dish.
Pour the crab dip mixture into the greased baking dish. Spread evenly into one layer using your spatula.
Evenly sprinkle your crushed pork rinds and remaining mozzarella cheese over the dip mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly. Enjoy!
