Cranberry Bliss Bars

Ingredients
For the Bars:
• 1/2 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Cranberry Jalapeño pork rinds, crushed
• 1/2 cup Flour, all purpose
• 3/4 cup Sugar, brown
• 1 stick Butter, divided
• 1 Egg
• 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup Cranberries, dried
For the Icing:
• 4 oz. Cream cheese, softened
• 2 Tbsp. Butter, softened
• 1 cup Sugar, powdered
• 1/4 cup Chocolate chips, white, melted
• 1/4 cup Cranberries, dried
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix the pork rinds, flour, and sugar, brown.
3. Mix in the egg, 1/2 stick butter, vanilla extract, and cranberries, dried until smooth.
4. Press the batter into a greased 8"x8" casserole dish.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the bars are golden brown.
6. In a medium bowl, combine all of the icing ingredients except cranberries, dried until smooth.
7. Once the bars are baked and slightly cool, spread the icing evenly on top.
8. Sprinkle the cranberries, dried, chocolate chips, white, and pork rinds, crushed on top, if desired.
9. Slice into bars.
