  • 8 Eggs, beaten

  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 Onion, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes, quartered

  • 1/4 cup Green peppers, diced

  • 1 Tbsp. Ginger paste

  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp. Cumin

  1. In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in the butter over medium heat until softened.

  2. Add in the cherry tomatoes and green peppers, and cook for roughly 3 minutes.

  4. Pour the eggs into the skillet, and let rest (untouched) for roughly 4 minutes.

  5. Slowly stir the eggs, allowing for the eggs to cook entirely.
