Ingredients


• 1 bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Smoked Sea Salt Pork Rinds, for dipping

• 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted

• 1 pouch (1 oz.) Ranch dressing seasoning

• 2 Tbsp. Red pepper flakes

• 1/4 tsp. Black pepper, coarse

• 1 Tbsp. Chives, dried

• 1/4 cup Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese, finely grated



Directions


1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. In a medium bowl, combine ranch seasoning, red pepper flakes, black pepper, chives, and grated cheese.

3. In a large bowl, toss pork rinds with melted butter until evenly coated.

4. Sprinkle the spice and cheese mixture over the buttered pork rinds and mix to coat thoroughly.

5. Spread the seasoned rinds in a single layer on a baking sheet.

6. Bake for about 4 minutes — just long enough to melt the cheese without browning.

7. Allow to cool, then transfer to a platter and serve immediately for the ultimate bold, buttery crunch.
