Ingredients

• 1 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper Pork Rinds, crushed into crumbs

• 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened

• 4 Eggs

• 2 tsp. Dried oregano

• 2 tsp. Garlic powder

• 1 tsp. Red pepper flakes

• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

• 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

1. **Preheat and Prepare:**

Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a pizza pan or baking sheet. Pulse pork rinds in a food processor until fine, resembling breadcrumbs.

2. **Mix the Crust:**

In a large bowl, whisk eggs with a fork. Add cream cheese, oregano, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Mix until smooth and well combined. Stir in crushed pork rinds until fully incorporated.

3. **Form the Crust:**

Place the pork rind mixture onto the prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap or wax paper and press evenly to the pan’s edges to form a circle.

4. **Bake the Base:**

Bake for 20 minutes, then remove and let cool for 10 minutes.

Once cooled, run a knife around the edges and use a flat spatula to loosen the crust completely.

5. **Flip and Top:**

Carefully flip the crust so the bottom is now on top. Add your favorite pizza sauce, vegetables, cheese, and meats.

6. **Finish and Serve:**

Return to the oven and bake until cheese and sauce are bubbly.

Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve hot for the perfect crispy, low-carb pizza.
