1 1/2 cups Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed
1 cup Mexican cheese, shredded
2 Egg whites
2 Tbsp. Water
1 Tbsp. Taco seasoning
Preheat oven to 300 °F.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
On a baking tray, add parchment paper and press dough into circles.
Bake for 20 minutes.
When cool enough to handle, but still hot, drape over a wooden spoon to create the taco shell shape.
Return to turned off oven until firm.
