Hard Shell Tortillas

Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cups Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed
• 1 cup Mexican cheese, shredded
• 1 Egg
• 2 Egg whites
• 2 Tbsp. Water
• 1 Tbsp. Taco seasoning
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and press the dough into flat, circular shapes (about taco-shell size).
4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and firm.
5. While still warm and pliable, drape each shell over a wooden spoon handle to form a taco shape.
6. Return the shells to the turned-off oven until fully firm and crisp.
7. Fill with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy!
