Holiday Dipped Pork Rinds

Your holiday baking just got easier - especially when you don't bake. Your family will not only love our White Chocolate Dipped Pork Rinds during the holidays, but they'll love 'em anytime of the year!

Ingredients
• 1 bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds
• 2 cups White chocolate chips
• Sprinkles, for garnish
Directions
1. **Melt the Chocolate:**
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
2. **Dip and Decorate:**
Dip each pork rind halfway into the melted chocolate, then place on a wax paper–lined tray.
3. **Add Sprinkles:**
While the chocolate is still warm, top with colorful sprinkles for a fun, festive finish.
4. **Set and Serve:**
Allow to cool and harden at room temperature (or refrigerate for a few minutes).
Serve as a sweet and salty treat with a satisfying crunch.
