Holiday Pork Chops

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Cranberry Jalapeño pork rinds, finely ground
• 4 Pork chops, 3/4"-1" thick
• 1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp. Paprika
• 2 cups Buttermilk
• 2 cups Flour
Directions
1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
2. In a bowl, combine pork rinds, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Coat pork chops in pork rind mixture. Dip in buttermilk, then dredge in flour.
4. Place in air fryer basket. Cook 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
5. Remove from air fryer and let rest 3 minutes before serving.
