Hot Honey Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
• 1 Bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Hot Honey Sweet BBQ pork rinds
• 6 Eggs, hard boiled
• 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt
• 2 tsp. Honey
• 1 Tbsp. Sriracha, or more to taste
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Scallions, finely chopped, garnish
Directions
1. Slice eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks to a bowl and set whites aside.
2. Add mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, sriracha, salt, and pepper to yolks. Stir until smooth.
3. Spoon mixture back into egg white halves.
4. Place each deviled egg on a large pork rind.
5. Garnish with scallions and additional crushed pork rinds.
