Jalapeño Cheese Dip with Pork Rinds

This Jalapeño Cheese Dip will heat up your evening (or day). A little savory, a little spicy, and a whole lotta crunch.

Ingredients
• Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds, for dipping
• 4 Peppers, jalapeño, large, diced, deseeded
• 4 oz. Cheese, cotija
• 8 oz. Cream cheese, room temperature
• 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
• Cilantro, fresh, chopped, to taste
• 2 cups Chicken, cooked, shredded
• 4 Tbsp. Onion, diced
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. In a medium baking dish, mash together cotija cheese, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, cilantro, chicken, and jalapeños until combined.
3. Bake 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and edges are browned.
4. Serve warm with pork rinds for dipping.
