Keto Asian Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed

  • 1 lb. Ground beef

  • 1 lb. Ground chicken (or turkey)

  • 1 Tbsp. Minced garlic

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds

  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil

  • 1 Tbsp. Ginger paste

  • 1 1/2 tsp. Tajín seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp. Green onion, chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Combine until well blended.

  4. Form the meat mixture into golf-ball sized meatballs.

  5. Place the meatballs on the baking sheet, and bake for 15-30 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked and golden brown.

  6. Enjoy with your favorite keto-friendly chili sauce.
