Keto Asian Meatballs

Ingredients


• 1/2 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds, crushed

• 1 lb. Beef, ground

• 1 lb. Chicken or turkey, ground

• 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced

• 2 Eggs

• 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds

• 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil

• 1 Tbsp. Ginger paste

• 1 1/2 tsp. Tajín seasoning

• 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped

• 2 Tbsp. Green onion, chopped



Directions


1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, combine pork rinds, beef, chicken, garlic, eggs, sesame seeds, sesame oil, ginger paste, Tajín, cilantro, and green onion. Mix until well blended.

3. Form mixture into golf ball–sized meatballs.

4. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 15-30 minutes, until fully cooked and golden brown.

5. Serve with keto-friendly chili sauce.
