1/2 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed
1/2 cup Cauliflower rice
1/2 cup Onions, diced
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. Chives, chopped
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Form dough mix into balls and place on a baking tray. Top with additional Parmesan cheese
Bake for 18 minutes at 375 °F. Flip once during baking.
