Chewy Granola Bars

Ingredients
• 1 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Pineapple & Ancho Chile Pork Rinds, crushed
• 4 Tbsp. Butter, unsalted
• 4 cups Puffed grain cereal, unsweetened
• 1 cup Old-fashioned oats
• 1/2 cup Pecans
• 1/2 cup Almonds, sliced
• 1/2 cup Coconut flakes, unsweetened
• 2/3 cup Sweetener
• 2/3 cup Agave syrup
• 1/2 Tbsp. Kosher salt
• 2/3 cup Almond butter
• 1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
Directions
1. Butter a 13x9-inch baking dish. In a large bowl, toss puffed cereal, oats, pecans, almonds, and coconut flakes until evenly combined.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add sweetener, agave syrup, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals until fully melted. Remove from heat and stir in almond butter and vanilla until smooth.
3. Drizzle mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
4. Press mixture into prepared pan in an even layer.
5. Optional: sprinkle with chocolate chips before cooling.
6. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Storage: Bars can be made up to 1 week ahead. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
