Ingredients
• 1 Bag Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds
• 1 lb. Beef, ground with taco seasoning
• 1/2 cup Onion, diced
• 1/4 cup Olives, kalamata, diced
• 4 Bacon strips, cooked, chopped
• 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 can (4 oz.) Chilies, diced
• 1/2 cup Tomatoes, diced
• 1 cup Guacamole
• 1 cup Sour cream
• Cilantro, garnish
Directions
1. Place pork rinds on a serving dish.
2. Layer beef, olives, bacon, cheddar cheese, chilies, tomatoes, and onions over pork rinds.
3. Top with sour cream and guacamole.
4. Finish with cilantro.
