1 bag Southern Recipe Pasilla Chili Cheese Pork Rinds
1 Lb. Ground beef with taco seasoning
1/2 cup Onion, diced
1/4 cup Kalamata olives, diced
4 Bacon strips, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz can Chilies, diced
1/2 cup Tomatoes, diced
1 cup Guacamole
1 cup Sour cream
Cilantro for garnish
Start with a base of pasilla chili cheese pork rinds.
Layer taco beef, olives, crumbled bacon, cheese, chilies, tomatoes, onions onto pork rinds.
Top with sour cream and guacamole.
Finish with cilantro.
