Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed
6-12 large mushrooms
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. crab, chopped
5 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. paprika
Parmesan cheese, grated
Wash mushrooms. Remove the stems leaving only the caps.
In a large bowl, mix the crab, cream cheese, garlic, oregano, and paprika.
Stuff mushroom caps with crab mix.
Top stuffed mushrooms liberally with Parmesan cheese and your favorite crushed pork rinds.
Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
