Ingredients


• Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds, crushed

• 6-12 Mushrooms, large, caps only

• 6 oz. Cream cheese, softened

• 4 oz. Crab, chopped

• 5 tsp. Garlic, minced

• 1 tsp. Oregano

• 1/2 tsp. Paprika

• Parmesan cheese, grated



Directions


1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Wash mushrooms. Remove stems, leaving caps intact.

3. In a bowl, mix crab, cream cheese, garlic, oregano, and paprika until combined.

4. Stuff mushroom caps with crab mixture.

5. Top with Parmesan cheese and crushed pork rinds.

6. Bake 30 minutes, until golden brown.
