Keto-Friendly Guac Fries

Ingredients
• 4 oz. Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed
• 4 Eggs
• 2 Avocados, sliced
Chile-Style Seasoning
• 1 Tbsp. Chili powder
Guac-Style Seasoning
• 2 tsp. Onion powder
• 2 tsp. Garlic powder
• 2 tsp. Dried cilantro
Dipping Sauce
• 1 cup Keto mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup Sriracha
Directions
1. Beat eggs in a small bowl and set aside.
2. Divide crushed Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds evenly into three bowls.
3. Mix chile-style spices into one bowl, guac-style spices into the second, and leave the third plain if desired.
4. Peel and slice avocados into wedges. Dip each slice into the beaten egg, then dredge in your choice of pork rind mixture until fully coated.
5. Place coated avocado slices in an air fryer and cook at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
6. In a small bowl, combine keto mayonnaise and Sriracha to create the dipping sauce.
7. Serve avocado fries hot with dipping sauce on the side.ing sauce.
