Ingredients
• 2 cups Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed
• 1 head Cauliflower
• 4 oz. Sour cream
• 2 slices Bacon, crumbled
• 2 Tbsp. Chives
• 2 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
Directions
1. Wash, steam, and mash the cauliflower.
2. Mix in sour cream, crumbled bacon, 2 cups cheddar cheese, and chives. Stir until well combined.
3. Add garlic powder and continue mixing.
4. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crushed pork rinds.
5. Broil until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
