Keto Pork Rind Crusted Asparagus - Southern Recipe Small Batch

Ingredients


• 3 cups Southern Recipe Small Batch Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper Pork Rinds, crushed

• 16 Asparagus stalks, trimmed

• 1 Egg, beaten

• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated



Directions


1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Place Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds in a resealable bag and crush into fine crumbs. Add Parmesan cheese and shake to combine.

3. Pour the pork rind mixture onto a plate. Pour the beaten egg onto a separate plate.

4. Roll each asparagus stalk in the egg, then coat evenly with the pork rind mixture.

5. Arrange coated asparagus on the prepared baking sheet.

6. Bake for 9–10 minutes, or until asparagus is tender and coating is golden brown.

7. Serve immediately while crisp.mediately.
