Keto Schnitzel

Ingredients: 1/2 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper Pork Rinds

2 eggs

1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard

1½ cups Parmesan cheese

¼ cup almond flour

2 teaspoons paprika

2 teaspoons onion powder

1 pound pork chops

4 tablespoons avocado oil

Sauerkraut as a side dish


Directions: 1. In a shallow bowl, add all dry ingredients. Mix well and set aside.

2. In a medium bowl whisk eggs and mustard together.

3. Dip each pork loin slice into the egg mixture and then the dry mixture.

4. In a large skillet, add avocado oil and heat to medium-low heat.

5. Add pork chops to skillet and cook for 5 minutes per side until the outside is lightly golden and the pork is cooked through.
