Ingredients: ¼ cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Spicy Brown Mustard
1½ cups Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup Almond Flour
2 teaspoons Paprika
2 teaspoons Onion Powder
1 pound Pork Chops
4 tablespoons Avocado Oil
Sauerkraut as a side dish
Directions: 1. Dip each pork loin slice into the egg mixture and then the dry mixture.
2. Cook the pork for about 5 minutes per side until the outside if lightly golden and the pork is cooked through.
