Ingredients: 1/2 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper Pork Rinds
2 eggs
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1½ cups Parmesan cheese
¼ cup almond flour
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 pound pork chops
4 tablespoons avocado oil
Sauerkraut as a side dish
Directions: 1. In a shallow bowl, add all dry ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
