Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds, crushed
1 lb. 80/20 Ground beef
2 Carrots, grated
2 Zucchinis, grated
2 Eggs
1/2 Tbsp. Garlic
1/2 Onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. Seasoned Salt (or to taste)
Your favorite slider buns (low-carb or gluten free work great)
Your favorite burger condiments
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients until well mixed.
Form the meat mixture into mini burger patties.
Place each patty on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the burgers are cooked through but still juicy.
Enjoy with your favorite slider buns and hamburger condiments.
