Lean Green Sliders

Veggie Sliders


  • 2 Tbsp. Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds, crushed

  • 1 lb. 80/20 Ground beef

  • 2 Carrots, grated

  • 2 Zucchinis, grated

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic

  • 1/2 Onion, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp. Seasoned Salt (or to taste)

  • Your favorite slider buns (low-carb or gluten free work great)

  • Your favorite burger condiments


  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients until well mixed.

  3. Form the meat mixture into mini burger patties.

  4. Place each patty on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the burgers are cooked through but still juicy.

  6. Enjoy with your favorite slider buns and hamburger condiments.
