Lean Green Sliders

Ingredients
• 2 Tbsp. Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds, crushed
• 1 lb. Ground beef, 80/20
• 2 Carrots, grated
• 2 Zucchinis, grated
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
• 1/2 Onion, chopped
• 1 Tbsp. Seasoned salt, or to taste
• Slider buns, low-carb or gluten-free if desired
• Burger condiments, to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 °F.
2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients until evenly mixed.
3. Form into mini burger patties and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Bake 15–20 minutes, or until cooked through but still juicy.
5. Serve on slider buns with condiments.
