Lemon Herb Goat Cheese Roll

Cheese Ball


  • 1/4 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds, crushed

  • 1/2 cup Pecans, chopped

  • 11 oz. Goat cheese

  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, finely chopped

  • 2 Tbsp. Chives, finely chopped

  • 2 Tbsp. Rosemary, finely chopped

  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon zest

  • 2 tsp. Garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

  • 1/2 tsp. Black pepper


  1. In a large bowl, combine the goat cheese, herbs, lemon zest, and salt & pepper until creamy.

  2. Place a piece of aluminum foil, parchment paper, or clear wrap on a dry surface.

  3. Scoop the goat cheese mixture onto one side of the foil/paper/clear wrap. Slowly roll the goat cheese, forming a log.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

  5. In a large, shallow dish, combine the Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds and pecans.

  6. Once chilled, remove the goat cheese log from the fridge and its wrap, and gently roll in the pork rind/ pecan mixture until the goat cheese log is fully coated.

  7. Enjoy with your favorite cracker or pork rind!
