Low Carb Beer Cheese Dip for Pork Rinds

Ingredients
• 1 bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, for dipping
• 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 2 Tbsp. Butter
• 1 1/2 cups Low-carb beer of your choice
• 1/4 cup Heavy whipping cream
• 2 oz. Cream cheese
• 1/2 tsp. Paprika (plus extra for garnish)
• 1/4 tsp. Ground cayenne pepper
Directions
1. **Simmer the Base:**
In a medium saucepan, combine butter, beer, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. **Add the Cheeses:**
Stir in cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and shredded cheddar.
Mix continuously until smooth and fully melted.
3. **Thicken and Flavor:**
Return to low heat and simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently until the dip thickens.
4. **Serve:**
Pour the beer cheese into a serving dish, sprinkle with extra paprika, and serve warm with your favorite Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds for dipping.
