Mexican Bruschetta Pork Rind Style

Ingredients
• 1 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds, crushed
• 2 cups Black bean dip
• 1 lb. Beef, ground, browned, drained
• 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
• 1 packet Taco seasoning
• 1 package Crescent roll dough
• 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Optional Toppings:
• Lettuce
• Tomatoes
• Guacamole
• Sour cream
• Lime
Directions
1. In a skillet, brown beef and drain.
2. Stir in onion, taco seasoning, pork rinds, and black bean dip. Heat until warm.
3. Unroll crescent dough onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Cut circles with a cookie cutter.
4. Spoon beef mixture onto each dough circle. Top with cheddar cheese.
5. Bake 15 minutes at 350°F.
6. Garnish with optional toppings before serving.
