Parmesan Pork Rind Brussels Sprouts Chips

Crab Rangoon Dip

Ingredients


• 1/2 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, finely ground

• 2 lb. Brussels sprouts

• 1/4 cup Olive oil

• 1/4 cup Garlic powder

• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

• Salt, to taste



Directions


1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

2. Trim the stems from the Brussels sprouts and discard them. Gently peel away the outer leaves, discarding any wilted or browned pieces. Save the cores for another recipe.

3. Spread the Brussels sprout leaves evenly over the prepared baking sheet.

4. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, pork rinds, and salt evenly over the top.

5. Gently massage the seasonings into the leaves to ensure each is well coated.

6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the Brussels sprout leaves are crispy and golden.

7. Serve immediately with your favorite dressing or dip. Enjoy!
