1/2 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, finely ground
2 lb. bag of Brussels sprouts
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup Garlic powder
1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese
Salt, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Cut the stems off of the Brussels sprouts, and discard the stems.
Gently peel the outside layer of the Brussels sprouts, discarding any wilted or browned pieces. Save the core of the Brussels sprouts for use in another recipe.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Place the Brussels sprouts leaves on the baking sheet in an even layer.
Sprinkle the olive oil, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, pork rinds, and salt on top of the leaves.
Massage the ingredients into the leaves, ensuring the each Brussels sprouts leaf is coated with all of the ingredients.
Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts leaves become crispy chips.
Serve with your favorite dressing or dip. Enjoy!
