Ingredients:
Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds for dipping
8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
14 oz sauerkraut, drained
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
Black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° F.
In a large bowl, put all ingredients (except the pork rinds) together and mix well. Pour into a large baking dish.
Top with crumbled pork rinds.
Bake for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until dip is bubbling and browned. Serve with your favorite Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds.
