Perfect Pork Rind Sauerkraut Dip

Ingredients
• 1 bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, for dipping and topping
• 8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
• 14 oz. Sauerkraut, drained
• 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
• Black pepper, to taste
Directions
1. **Preheat Oven:**
Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. **Mix the Dip:**
In a large bowl, combine Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, mayonnaise, Thousand Island dressing, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.
3. **Assemble and Bake:**
Pour the mixture into a large baking dish and spread evenly.
Crush a handful of Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds and sprinkle over the top for added crunch.
4. **Bake and Serve:**
Bake for 20–30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and golden brown.
