Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds for dipping
1 can pinto beans, drained partly
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 medium bell pepper, diced
1 medium tomato, diced
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Place pinto beans in a medium bowl and mash until the desired consistency.
Place the remaining ingredients, including the mashed pinto beans, into a large bowl. Stir until combined. For a less chunky consistency, blend until smooth in a food processor. Add water as needed for desired consistency.
