Ingredients
#1 – For the Beach:
• Southern Recipe Small Batch Pineapple & Ancho Chile pork rinds, crushed
• Guacamole
• Lime juice
#2 – Sweet & Spicy:
• Southern Recipe Small Batch Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper pork rinds, crushed
• Butter
• Cinnamon and sugar
#3 – Classic with a Bold Twist:
• Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds, crushed
• Mayonnaise
• Cotija cheese
#4 – Big Bacon:
• Southern Recipe Small Batch Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper pork rinds, crushed
• Butter
• Cheddar cheese
• Bacon, cooked, crumbled
Directions
1. Pull back husks from corn but do not remove. Strip silk, then fold husks back into place.
2. Soak corn in cold salted water 10 minutes.
3. Shake dry and grill 15 minutes, turning every few minutes for even char.
4. Let cool slightly. Pull back husks and top each ear with desired variation while warm.
