Pork Rind Chaffle


1 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 2 eggs

Directions: 1. Preheat waffle iron. 2. Beat egg, mix well with crushed pork rinds and cheese. 3. Grease waffle iron liberally. Pour batter into hot iron and cook until golden brown. Optional: Add 1/3 cup of applesauce to the batter. Top with chopped pecans and powdered sugar.
