It’s a little fishy that you haven't tried this Pork Rind Crusted Pollock. Low carbs and a big flavor crunch will get you hook, line and sinker.
Ingredients:
Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds, crushed
2 pollock fillets
1 egg
1/8 cup of water or almond milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
Blackberries (optional)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, form into ~1.5" balls and place on baking sheet.
Baked at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
