Pork Rind Fried Pork Chops

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds, finely ground
• 4 Pork chops
• 1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp. Cajun seasoning
• 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
• 2 cups Buttermilk
• 2 cups Flour, keto
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. In a bowl, mix pork rinds, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, and black pepper.
3. Coat pork chops in seasoning mixture. Dip in buttermilk, then dredge in flour.
4. Fry pork chops until golden brown on both sides and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
5. Let rest 3 minutes before serving.
