Pork Rind Lasagna Bites

Ingredients
• 1 Bag Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds, crushed
• 1 cup Flour, all purpose
• 3 Eggs, beaten
• 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
• 1/2 Tbsp. Black pepper
• 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning or Basil, crushed
• 1 Lasagna meal, frozen, family size, cooked, refrigerated
Directions
1. Slice cooked and chilled lasagna into 1" squares.
2. Place flour, eggs, and pork rinds in 3 shallow dishes.
3. Mix Italian seasoning into pork rinds. Mix salt and black pepper into flour.
4. Dredge lasagna squares in flour, then egg, then pork rind mixture, coating evenly.
5. Place breaded lasagna bites in air fryer. Cook at 350°F for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
6. Serve with marinara sauce.
