1 bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds
1 cup All-purpose flour
3 Eggs, beaten
1/2 Tbsp. Salt
1/2 Tbsp. Black pepper
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning or crushed basil
1 Lasagna frozen meal, family-sized, cooked and refrigerated
Once cooked and refrigerated, slice lasagna into 1-inch squares. Set aside.
In 3 shallow dishes, place the crushed pork rinds, eggs, and flour.
Mix the Italian seasoning into the pork rind mixture. Mix the salt and pepper into the flour.
One at a time, dredge the lasagna squares into the flour, then into the egg mixture, then finally into the pork rind mixture.
Place each breaded lasagna bite into the air fryer at 350 °F for 10-12 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
