Pork Rind Lasagna Bites

Lasagna Bites


  • 1 bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour

  • 3 Eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 Tbsp. Salt

  • 1/2 Tbsp. Black pepper

  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning or crushed basil

  • 1 Lasagna frozen meal, family-sized, cooked and refrigerated


  1. Once cooked and refrigerated, slice lasagna into 1-inch squares. Set aside.

  2. In 3 shallow dishes, place the crushed pork rinds, eggs, and flour.

  3. Mix the Italian seasoning into the pork rind mixture. Mix the salt and pepper into the flour.

  4. One at a time, dredge the lasagna squares into the flour, then into the egg mixture, then finally into the pork rind mixture.

  5. Place each breaded lasagna bite into the air fryer at 350 °F for 10-12 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.

  6. Enjoy with your favorite marinara!
