Pork Rind Pizza on a Stick

Ingredients
• 1 Bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Spicy Dill pork rinds
• 8 oz. Sausage, Italian, cooked, sliced
• 2 cups Mushrooms, whole, sliced
• 2 cups Tomatoes, cherry
• 1 Pepper, green, large, cut into 1" pieces
• 20 slices Pepperoni (2 oz.)
• 1 tube Pizza crust, refrigerated
• 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
• 1 1/2 cups Pizza sauce, for dipping
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. On 10" skewers, alternately thread sausage, green pepper, pork rinds, mushrooms, tomatoes, and pepperoni.
3. Unroll pizza dough on a floured surface. Cut into 1" strips. Wrap each strip spirally around a prepared skewer, letting meats and vegetables peek through.
4. Place skewers on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes, until crust is golden.
5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
6. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
