Pork Rind Puppy Chow

Ingredients
• 1 bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper Pork Rinds, crushed
• 1 cup Sugar-free chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter
• 6 Tbsp. Butter
• 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
• 1/8 tsp. Salt (if peanut butter is unsalted)
• 1 1/2 cups Swerve sweetener
Directions
1. Break pork rinds into bite-sized pieces inside a gallon zip-top bag, then transfer to a large bowl.
2. In a heatproof bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Gently heat over a double boiler, stirring until smooth and fully melted.
3. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until incorporated.
4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the pork rinds and gently stir until all pieces are evenly coated.
5. Add Swerve sweetener to a clean bowl, then transfer the coated pork rinds into it. Toss or shake until every piece is dusted.
6. Spread the mixture onto a lined cookie sheet to cool completely.
7. Once cooled, store in an airtight container and enjoy!
