Pork Rind Sushi Bowl

Sushi Bowl


  • 1 Tbsp. Southern Recipe Small Batch Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper pork rinds, crushed

  • 1 Carrot, grated

  • 1/4 cup Cucumber, sliced

  • 3 slices Cooked salmon, rolled

  • Small pinch bean sprouts

  • 2 Radishes, sliced

  • 2 cups Steamed cauliflower rice

  • Sriracha mayo (optional), drizzled


  1. Steam the cauliflower rice according to the package directions.

  2. Assemble the sushi bowl by placing the cauliflower rice at the bottom of the bowl.

  3. Place each of the vegetables around the rim of the bowl.

  4. Sprinkle the crushed Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds in the center of the bowl. 

  5. Drizzle with sriracha mayo if desired. Enjoy!
