Pork Rind Potato Crunch Dogs

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds, crushed
• 6 Hot dogs, all-beef
• 2 cups Flour
• 1 cup Cornmeal, yellow
• 1 cup Vegetable oil
• 1 Egg
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 lb. Home fries, frozen, thawed
• Oil, for frying
Directions
1. Preheat oil to 400°F.
2. In a bowl, mix pork rinds, flour, and cornmeal.
3. Stir in vegetable oil, egg, and milk. Mix until combined.
4. Spread home fries onto a plate.
5. Place hot dogs onto skewers. Coat completely with batter using a spatula.
6. Roll battered hot dogs in home fries, pressing fries into batter.
7. Fry 90 seconds, or until golden brown.
