Ingredients:
1 bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds for dipping
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup Thousand Island Dressing
14 oz sauerkraut, rinsed and squeezed dry
8 ounces corned beef, shredded
12 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 cup pickles, diced
3 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
Directions:
Mix all ingredients.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350° F for10 minutes.
Serve with Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds.
