Reuben Dip for Pork Rinds



Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds for dipping

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 3/4 cup Thousand Island Dressing

  • 14 oz sauerkraut, rinsed and squeezed dry

  • 8 ounces corned beef, shredded

  • 12 oz Swiss cheese, shredded

  • 1/4 cup pickles, diced

  • 3 Tbsp. horseradish sauce


Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients.

  2. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350° F for10 minutes.

  3. Serve with Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds.
