Southern-Style Loaded Pork Rind Nachos

Nacho average nacho. When we say loaded we don’t just mean with toppings. These delicious Pork Rind Nachos are packed with protein. No tortilla chips, no crazy carbs.

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds

  • 1 cup Barbecue brisket, cooked ¼ cup Green onion, finely chopped

  • 1 cup Sour cream

  • Cole slaw (optional)

  • Your favorite keto-style BBQ sauce (optional)

Directions:

  1. Warm up the brisket.

  2. On a large plate or platter, layer pork rinds and other ingredients.

  3. Top with remaining sour cream, green onions, and optional BBQ sauce.
