Ingredients:
1 bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds
1 cup barbecue brisket, cooked ¼ cup green onion, finely chopped
1 cup sour cream
Cole slaw (optional)
Your favorite keto-style BBQ sauce (optional)
Directions:
Warm up the brisket.
On a large plate or platter, layer pork rinds and other ingredients.
Top with remaining sour cream, green onions, and optional BBQ sauce.
