
Ingredients:
6 oz Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds
1 cup of your favorite barbecue brisket ¼ cup Green onion, finely chopped
1 cup Sour cream
Cole slaw (optional)
Your favorite BBQ sauce (optional)
Directions:
Warm up the brisket.
On a large plate or platter, layer pork rinds and other ingredients.
Top with remaining sour cream, green onions, and optional BBQ sauce.
