Southern-Style Loaded Pork Rind Nachos

Nacho average nacho. When we say loaded we don’t just mean with toppings. These delicious Pork Rind Nachos are packed with protein. No tortilla chips, no crazy carbs.

Ingredients
• 1 bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds
• 1 cup Barbecue brisket, cooked
• 1/4 cup Green onion, finely chopped
• 1 cup Sour cream
• Coleslaw, optional
• Your favorite keto-style BBQ sauce, optional
Directions
1. **Prepare the Brisket:**
Warm the cooked brisket in a skillet or microwave until heated through.
2. **Assemble the Nachos:**
On a large platter, spread a generous layer of Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds.
Evenly distribute the warmed brisket over the rinds.
3. **Add Toppings:**
