Spicy Cilantro Dip

Ingredients

• 1 Bag Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds

• 1 cup Sour cream

• 3 Tbsp. Avocado oil

• 1/4 cup Cream cheese

• 1/4 cup Lime juice

• 2 Jalapeños, diced

• 3 cloves Garlic, minced

• 1 bunch Cilantro, small

Directions

1. In a food processor, combine sour cream, avocado oil, cream cheese, lime juice, jalapeños, and garlic. Blend until smooth.

2. Add cilantro. Blend again until fully incorporated.

3. Serve dip with pork rinds.
