Spicy Dill Pork Rind Cheeseball

Ingredients
• 1 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Spicy Dill Pork Rinds, finely crushed
• 8 oz. Cream cheese
• 1 cup Dill pickle relish, drained
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
• 1 1/2 cups Colby Jack cheese, shredded
• 2 tsp. Dill weed
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, mix room temperature cream cheese, shredded cheese, dill relish, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and 1/2 cup of the crushed pork rinds until well combined.
2. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
3. In a separate shallow dish, combine the remaining 1/2 cup of crushed pork rinds with the fresh dill weed.
4. Roll the chilled cheese ball in the pork rind and dill mixture until fully coated.
