Spring Pea Linguini


  • Southern Recipe Small Batch Hot Honey pork rinds, crushed

  • 1/2 box Linguini pasta, cooked (reserve 1 cup of the pasta water)

  • 2 cups Green peas, divided

  • 4 Tbsp. Olive oil, divided

  • 1 tsp. Garlic, minced

  • Lemon zest of 1 lemon

  • 1 cup Chicken broth


  1. Puree 1 cup of green peas with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Set aside.

  2. In a large cast iron pan, sauté 2 tablespoons olive oil with the minced garlic and lemon zest on low heat. Stir continuously. 

  3. Add the chicken broth, green pea puree mixture, and 1 cup of leftover pasta water to the skillet. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes. 

  4. Add the cooked pasta and 1 cup of green peas to the skillet until the pasta is thoroughly mixed. 

  5. Crush Southern Recipe Small Batch Hot Honey pork rinds over the top of the pasta. Enjoy!
