Ingredients:
Southern Recipe Small Batch Hot Honey pork rinds, crushed
1/2 box Linguini pasta, cooked (reserve 1 cup of the pasta water)
2 cups Green peas, divided
4 Tbsp. Olive oil, divided
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
Lemon zest of 1 lemon
1 cup Chicken broth
Directions:
Puree 1 cup of green peas with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Set aside.
In a large cast iron pan, sauté 2 tablespoons olive oil with the minced garlic and lemon zest on low heat. Stir continuously.
Add the chicken broth, green pea puree mixture, and 1 cup of leftover pasta water to the skillet. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta and 1 cup of green peas to the skillet until the pasta is thoroughly mixed.
Crush Southern Recipe Small Batch Hot Honey pork rinds over the top of the pasta. Enjoy!
