Valentine's Day Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

• 1 Bag Southern Recipe Small Batch Hot Honey Sweet BBQ pork rinds

• 4 slices Cheese, Swiss

• 4 slices Cheese, cheddar

• 10 slices Salami

• 10 slices Pepperoni

• Chocolate hearts

• Chocolate kisses, pink

• 1 cup Strawberries, sliced

• 1 cup Raspberries

• 1 pack Conversation hearts

Directions

1. Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut Swiss and cheddar cheese into heart shapes. Arrange on charcuterie board.

2. Cut pepperoni slices into heart shapes with cookie cutter. Place on board.

3. Slice salami in half. Roll one slice tightly, then wrap remaining half slices around to form a rose. Secure with a toothpick. Place salami roses on board.

4. Arrange pork rinds, chocolates, strawberries, raspberries, and conversation hearts on board.

5. Ensure pork rinds are prominently displayed for serving.
